Professor Sias Mostert has more than 30 years of experience in developing spacecraft and space enterprises in South Africa. After starting a career at Stellenbosch University on the Sunsat program, he has been a co-founder of a number of downstream and upstream companies in the global space ecosystem. Today he is working on developing a constellation that is prioritised around the needs in Africa and for a global market. He has a PhD from Stellenbosch University and an EMBA from Cape Town University.
