Dr Agaba is a Ugandan Electrical Engineer with a doctoral degree from the University of Cape Town, specialising in Space Science and Astrophysics. She has done research in Radar and Remote Sensing, Space Debris, CubeSat missions and Ionospheric Physics.
Dr Agaba advocates for innovation in space science for socio-economic advancement. She currently works in the Aeronautics and Space Science Bureau, Science Technology and Innovation Secretariat, Office of the President, Republic of Uganda.
