Diogo de Carvalho is the Executive Director of INFRASAT, the independent government-owned company responsible for managing all satellite service portfolios in Angola. Mr Diogo has a degree in Telecommunications & Eletronics Engineering and earned an MBA from the Telecoms Academy in the United Kingdom.
