As a Telecom Engineer from the Institut National Polytechnique Houphouet Boigny of Yamoussoukro, Côte d’Ivoire, Mr Gabriel Koffi has been working in the ICT sector for 15 years up to date. He is the Director of Spectrum Planning and International Affairs of the Ivorian national spectrum management Agency (AIGF).
Before joining AIGF, Mr Koffi worked for the Agence des Télécommunications de Côte d’Ivoire, the former Ivorian Agency for telecommunication regulation.
Mr Koffi has been participating in the work of the African Telecommunication Union as an expert in radiocommunication and is one of the vice presidents of the International Telecommunication Union radio sector (ITU-R) study group 4 which is in charge of satellite issues.
Besides his Telecom Engineer Degree, Mr Koffi has an Executive Master in Business Administration from the Université Paris Dauphine, France.
