Ahmed Cissé chairs the General Confederation of Côte d’Ivoire Companies (CGECI), which brings together nearly 80% of private sector companies with a turnover of over 17,000 billion CFA francs. He was elected on 30th November, elevated to the rank of Commander of the National Order in 2020 and made the Grand Knight of the Order of Telecommunications in 2014. Ahmed Cissé is a graduate of the City University of New York and has headed the Moov Côte d’Ivoire and Banque Atlantique Togo companies where he now holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Trustees for over a decade.
